Andrew Wegener discussed improving project performance at the 2017 Victorian Major Projects Conference on November 29, looking at issues such as:

  • How do ‘soft’ factors influence project outcomes?
  • What project controls can be applied to manage complexity driven by contextual or social factors?
  • In what ways can projects reduce or proactively manage ambiguity?

Our thinking is based on our multi-year research into complex projects, conducted with the University of Technology Sydney.
