Lets talk about improving project performance

Andrew Wegener discussed improving project performance at the 2017 Victorian Major Projects Conference on November 29, looking at issues such as:

• How do ‘soft’ factors influence project outcomes?
• What project controls can be applied to manage complexity driven by contextual or social factors?
• In what ways can projects reduce or proactively manage ambiguity?

Our thinking is based on our multi-year research into complex projects, conducted with the University of Technology Sydney.

The result is a data-driven model that enables a customised controls suite for your project, based on the unique complexity profile of the project and those factors proven to have driven success in the past.
